Jack Fultz Running Clinic - The TVFR speaker series continues on Tuesday, June 9th at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:30) at Pinz in Milford. This month's speaker will be 1976 Boston Marathon winner and coach of the Dana-Farber Marathon team, Jack Fultz. Jack was a collegiate track athlete for Georgetown and started marathoning while in the Coast Guard prior to attending college. After Jack's running career began to slow down, he turned to coaching, training his friend Mike Silverstein for the 1989 Boston Marathon. From this partnership, the concept of running races and fundraising for charity began. Here is a recent article from Competitor magazine, highlighting some of Jack's accomplishments and his partnership with Dana-Farber. Admission is $5, cash or check made out to TVFR. SRR Marathon Relay, June 27 - The club will once again be participating in the Somerville Road Runners 26x1 Club Challenge Marathon Relay. The sign up page has been updated to handle a second TVFR team if there is sufficient interest. Note that each team must have at least 10 females, and that although the system will automatically assign runners to either Team 1 or Team 2, the final team placements will be made closer to the race. TVFR Grand Prix Schedule - The remaining races for the 2014-2015 season (June through September) have now been announced. In addition, the October races (start of the 2015-2016 season) will be the Dam Cure Run and the LeClaire/Vacca 5k trail race.

Woodland Trail Series - Races will again be held on the last Thursday of the month in June, July and August at 6:00 PM. Start and finish at West Hill Park (not West Hill Dam); same course as last year. Field will again be limited to 125 runners, so pre-registration is advised and encouraged. Front Runners (TVFR) is a
30-year-old running club representing and welcoming male and
female runners of all ages and abilities from many eastern and
central Massachusetts towns. Members determine their level of
commitment to running and choose from many training and social
opportunities to achieve it. TVFR
organizes and participates in an array of running events, from local
road races (5k to the marathon), fun runs, trail runs, track work
outs, group training runs, and more. We invite you to take a

for you. Whatever your reason for running,
TVFR has the match for you.

The annual dues are $15.00 per year for an individual and $20.00 per year for a family. There are two ways to register your individual or family club membership.
