Each Wednesday night we will be meeting at the Milford High School, Valley Tech in Upton or Bellingham HS - at 6:00 PM for a warm up. Workouts begin as close to 6:10 as we are able. This is a great way to meet other club members and enjoy a brisk speed workout with recovery jogs in between. Don't be intimidated - you will find these workouts exhilarating and leaving you with a higher level of fitness than you can imagine. We have runners of all abilities joining us and we invite you as well. Check us out and join us soon. Let the summer fun begin.
 

Tri-Valley is entering the twenty-fifth season of offering track sessions to club members and anyone else that wants to participate. 

This Page will list the Track Workout schedule for the current week.  A typical workout consists of a group warm up run from the track along local roads.  Runners are then divided into groups of runners of near ability for the run of the night.  The track workouts consist of a combination of 200, 400, 800, 1200 and working up to a mile.  These track workouts are under the direction of Chris Kivior and Coleen Phillips.  Runners are slowly brought into track speed with the first few weeks designed to welcome the spring and each other after a long winter.  New this year will be A and B groups, allowing members to choose the workouts best coinciding with what they're training for..  

May - September: Every Wednesday at 6:00 P.M.  Be warmed up and ready to go by 6:10. 

Our workouts follow this general routine:
  • 6:00 -- 6:10 ... 1-2 mile warm-up on your own or with the group
  • 6:10 intervals
  • 7:15 -- 7:30 ... cool down
