From John: Last Saturday was a fantastic day for TVFR at the 26 x 1 relay in Somerville at the Tufts University outdoor track.  The 2 TVFR teams, Thunder and Lightning, did a great job.  It was so exciting to be with so many club members and to cheer each other on.  Everyone ran a great race!

Hollis Fast 5K, Hollis, NH - June 11, 2015

From John: David Johndrow and I ran the USATF Hollis 5K Thursday night.  It is a point-to-point downhill race that is advertised as fast so I was hoping to break 30 minutes.  My time was 30:42 which was disappointing but I can blame it on the weather being quite warm.  I was 2nd in the 75-99 age group "only" 8 minutes behind Harry Carter, who is 78 - that is humbling!
