Sarah Parks sets a new PR in very cold weather!

From Sarah: It was 9 degrees when the race started. It was a good course, hilly in some spots, with 4 water stops, 1 of which had hot chocolate. After the race, there was soup, beer and more hot chocolate in the Atkinson Country Club.
