2015 in24 Urban Ultra, Philadelphia, PA - July 18, 2015
From John: I didn't fare as well as I had hoped in the hot and humid conditions. Temperatures reached the low 90's with a heat index of 98. The course was an 8.4 mile loop around the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia. I was dealing with foot pain and nausea for most of the day and decided call it a day after 9 laps.

Dirty Spokes Sawnee Mountain Trail Race, Cumming, GA - July 18, 2015
From Rawson: Finishing times would suggest that the course was significantly longer than the advertised 4.0 miles. What is much more certain is this wasn't an easy course, up to the summit of Sawnee Mountain and back down on often rocky and rooted trails!

Marathon Sports 5 Miler, Weston - July 16, 2015
From Sarah: There was a ton of free swag and pizza and watermelon for post-race refreshments. The course is pretty hilly and finishes on the Weston High track. Always nice to have a week night race option! Marathon sports does a great job with this race!

Bridgton 4 on the 4th, Bridgton, ME - July 4, 2015
From Mike: The race was milder than last year probably in the high 60's at the start and mid 70's by the finish, with a touch of humidity. The course is challenging with a range of hills between miles 1 - 4. Always a well supported race and the spectators are awesome.

National Senior Games 10K Road Race, St. Paul, MN - July 4, 2015
From Mike: 38:54 yielded 7th overall and 4th in age division, awards are 8 deep at this competition. I feel I raced very well today with warm temperatures (70?) and very humid (80!?) conditions at the mornings start time. 5:54 first mile was a good start to try to run hard. I'm happy with breaking into the 38s for the 2nd time this year with today's weather.

10K
From Linda: For the sixth consecutive year, I ran the Finish at the 50 10K at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro. This year my finish time was 1:05:13, 3/11 which I was pleased with. The start time for the 10K was at 7:00 pm this year. The weather that day was perfect, sunny, dry, low 80's to cooler at the finish. The course can be considered challenging in some spots; however, this race is always a draw for me!
